Dr. Randall holds full practice authority and is an ANCC certified Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist-Board Certified in adult, adolescent, and child psychiatric and mental health nursing, with extensive experience spanning hospital, family services, community health, and visiting nurse environments.
Holly's nursing experience encompasses treating psychiatric health issues and prescribing and monitoring medications for clients of all ages. Her approach focuses on providing symptom relief while minimizing or avoiding the use of prescription psychiatric drugs when appropriate.
Holly is bilingual in Spanish, specializes in Latino cultures, and works with the Harvard Program in Refugee Trauma with Cambodians and other refugee trauma survivors. She is a frequent speaker on the topic of integrative psychopharmacology and has been a guest lecturer at the University of San Marcos in Peru.
